Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 To register and maintain an Account on ummi55, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ummi55 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Any Account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be prohibited by the laws of your country of residence from accessing or using online gaming and betting services.
• You must not have previously had an Account on ummi55 that was suspended, closed for cause, or permanently banned.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

2.2 ummi55 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are lawfully permitted to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction and that your use of ummi55 does not violate any applicable law.

3.1 To access the full range of ummi55 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method.

3.2 You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful and accurate. Any deliberate provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on ummi55. Registering, controlling, or benefiting from more than one Account — regardless of the identity details used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify ummi55 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ummi55 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Member's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

3.5 Account sharing is prohibited. Your Account is personal to you and must not be used by, or shared with, any other individual.

4.1 ummi55 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) on all Members as part of its commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance.

4.2 You must submit the following documents when requested by ummi55:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or a valid international passport).
• A recent selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your identification document.
• Proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot displaying your name and account number), where required.

4.3 ummi55 may request additional documentation at any time, including when a withdrawal is requested, when account activity triggers internal risk controls, or during periodic re-verification cycles.

4.4 Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified Accounts. ummi55 accepts no liability for any delay to withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to complete or cooperate with the KYC process in a timely manner.

4.5 All KYC documents submitted to ummi55 are handled in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on ummi55 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ummi55 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ummi55 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Conditions.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. ummi55 will not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. Current minimums are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your ummi55 wallet upon confirmed receipt. ummi55 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own legal name and matching the details on your ummi55 Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 or as otherwise stated in the Cashier section at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may not process withdrawals.
• ummi55 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business hours for e-wallet methods and within 1–2 business days for local bank transfers, subject to security checks and peak-period volumes.
• ummi55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request where the transaction triggers internal risk or AML controls.

5.5 Refunds. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your ummi55 wallet and used for betting activity. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect deposit credit, ummi55 reserves the right to correct the balance without prior notice.

6.1 ummi55 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to tournaments such as the BRI Liga 1 season, FIFA World Cup, Champions League, and Piala AFF campaigns.

6.2 All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which specify the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games or bet types, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and the bonus expiry period. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.3 Standard bonus conditions that apply to all ummi55 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at the specified multiplier before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bets placed on excluded game categories (typically low-margin table games such as baccarat and certain roulette variants) will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• ummi55 reserves the right to cap the maximum win attributable to a bonus at a stated amount. Any winnings exceeding the cap may be removed from the balance before a withdrawal is processed.
• Bonuses not claimed within the specified claim window after issuance will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. ummi55 maintains active monitoring for bonus abuse. Prohibited activity includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

7.1 All sports betting markets on ummi55 — including football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international fixtures featuring Timnas Indonesia), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

7.2 For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any leg is void, the bet is recalculated excluding that leg at odds of 1.00. Minimum and maximum mix parlay selections, and applicable odds restrictions, are stated at the time of bet placement.

7.3 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are sourced from official and independently verified draw data. ummi55 accepts no responsibility for discrepancies arising from third-party result reporting delays. Final settlement is based on the officially declared result for the relevant draw period.

7.4 For bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets using Asian Handicap and voor bola (goal handicap) pricing, settlement follows standard Asian Handicap rules. Push (half-refund) outcomes apply where applicable per the handicap line selected.

7.5 Casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual gaming sessions.

7.6 ummi55 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, that involved a manifest odds error, or that was placed in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's wallet.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ummi55 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, to deposit or wager on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known technical error are not withdrawable and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the ummi55 Platform, its software, or its proprietary data feeds.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events covered by ummi55's sportsbook.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ummi55 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

8.2 ummi55 employs advanced fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under temporary review, during which deposits and withdrawals will be suspended pending investigation. ummi55 will endeavor to complete such investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate outcomes to the affected Member.

9.1 All content on the ummi55 Platform — including but not limited to the ummi55 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, odds data, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ummi55 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Game software, interfaces, and assets provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are licensed to ummi55 for the purpose of delivering gaming services to Members.

10.1 ummi55 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ummi55 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ummi55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processing delays, outages, or errors beyond ummi55's direct control.
• Interruption of service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or acts of war.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made on the basis of odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove inaccurate due to data feed errors.

10.3 Where ummi55 is found liable under these Terms, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ummi55 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ummi55's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your ummi55 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by ummi55. ummi55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• ummi55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose ummi55 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The Member has self-excluded or requested a cooling-off period through ummi55's responsible gaming tools.

11.3 Upon Account closure for cause, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings in the Account balance shall be forfeited. Real-money funds not subject to an ongoing investigation will be returned in accordance with our standard withdrawal process, subject to applicable deductions for outstanding charges or adjustments.

12.1 ummi55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. All Members are encouraged to use the Platform responsibly and within their personal financial means.

12.2 ummi55 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all Members through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of a single gaming session.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent exclusion from all ummi55 services.

12.4 ummi55 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals who are subject to a valid self-exclusion order. If you are aware that you are self-excluded and continue to access the Platform, you do so in breach of these Terms and ummi55 accepts no liability for any resulting losses.

13.1 ummi55 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.

13.3 ummi55 will never sell or rent your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers who assist in Platform operations (including payment processors, identity verification services, and game content providers) and only to the extent necessary for those providers to perform their contracted services.

14.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ummi55 holds its international gaming license.

14.2 ummi55 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license issued by a recognized regulatory authority. Details of our current licensing status are available upon written request to our support team.

14.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and ummi55, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved within 5 business days through our internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws in your country of residence.

15.1 ummi55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ummi55 will notify active Members via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
